Here are some simple instructions as posted on the Victorian Government website explaining the steps you need to take to link your vaccination certificate to your check-in app so that it shows your vaccination status when you check in to organisations and venues.

The instructions are based on the Victorian Government rollout and refer to the Services victoria app however, the steps should work in a similar way for other states. The key things you need to do is create a myGov account on the myGov website and link your Medicare account to your myGov.
