The Emergency Plus app is a free app that you can download to your phone and use it to call the emergency service you require and give an accurate location using a great feature called "what3words".

"What is what3words?

what3words in the Emergency + app is the easiest way to tell Triple Zero (000) exactly where you need help. It has divided the world into 3 metre squares and given each one a unique three word identifier."

When you use the app for the first time you will be asked to share your location.

It is ok to do this as the app needs your location to work correctly and get an accurate position to share to emergency services.

You can get the app from the Emergency plus website or from the Apps Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android and Google).
